do not use any of my designs for hate speech, NFTs, or AI. do not use my feral designs for nsfw. i do not consent to my work being used for anything like that.

design edits are okay with me as long as the original drawing is not altered or deleted

designs must remain on toyhouse and cannot be sold offsite.

designs and art cannot be commercially resold.

please don't delete the TH profiles for my designs; this serves for archival purposes.

(in cases of characters' publicity being set to auth-only, i dont really mind and authorization is not required)

co-ownership is not allowed; unfortunately too many disputes/problems arise from them and id like them to be avoided entirely.

additional strict trade/return t.o.s. are heavily frowned upon for similar reasoning, but if occur must be done responsibly. please also keep me out of disputes if possible.

i do not consent to my art being reposted anywhere, regardless of credit.

witchhunting or knowingly giving my designs/art to anyone here will also land you on the list/blocked by me for my own comfort.

i am not obligated to provide detailed explanations for blacklists.

if you are blocked, it is similarly reasonable to assume i am not comfortable with design ownership.

i do not typically appeal blacklists, please also refrain from reaching out to me on behalf of any listed users.

similarly, do not interact if you support any of the listed users.
